His vast experience, mechanical engineering background and being an accomplished technocrat in his field, encouraged him to establish his own company, Heat Applications India Pvt. Ltd.
It goes without saying that his experience of 50 years and in-depth knowledge of the field has enabled HAL's successful rise in the Glass Furnace, Refractory Dry-Out and Heat Treatment Services Industry.
Neelima's background in Commerce and experience in Company Administration and Public Relations, forms the foundation of running a successful business. With a collective experience of 32 years, she currently helms as the Director of Finance & Adminstration at HAL.
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Subramani also holds a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration & Marketing. His wealth of experience gathered over 32 years undertaking projects and field work in Furnace Heat-up and Refractory Dry-out operations, has led him to the position as Vice President at HAL.
